What It Prints
Crystal transfer stickers. The kind you print, laminate, peel, and stick directly onto glass, metal, ceramic, phone cases, cups, bottles, and any smooth surface. No heat press. No weeding. No transfer tape. Print a sheet, peel the backing, stick to the product.
CMYK color. White underbase for dark and transparent surfaces. Gloss varnish for a finished look. Six ink channels total, 250 milliliters per channel, continuous supply.
Auto-Peeling Saves the Labor
This is the feature that changes your workflow. The machine prints on A film, laminates B film under constant-temperature heat, then automatically peels the A film carrier away. What comes out the other end is a finished crystal label — ready to stick.
No manual peeling at the end of every sheet. No fingernails. No wasted time. For shops running dozens of sheets a day, auto-peeling alone pays for the upgrade from a manual machine.
Printhead & Ink System
DX7 printhead with 1440 nozzles across 8 rows. This head is built for UV ink — it handles the higher viscosity and curing demands better than standard desktop printheads. White ink channel has automatic stirring and circulation built in. It runs on a timer even when idle, so you don't walk in Monday morning to a clogged nozzle.
Ink shortage alarm alerts you before a channel runs dry. Full-ink alarm prevents overflow when topping up. The Hanson board keeps data flowing through gigabit Ethernet without stuttering, even on large TIFF files.
Laminating System
Constant-temperature heating with automatic film tension control. The dual-power retractable system keeps A and B film moving in sync — no skewing, no bubbles, no wasted material. Temperature stays locked within range for consistent bonding from the first centimeter of film to the last.
Build Quality
This isn't the lightweight desktop version. The body alone weighs over a hundred kilos with the stand. Steel frame. Separate stand with integrated film handling. The machine sits on its own base — stable, level, and not moving around when the roll feeds. If you've used lightweight crystal label printers and dealt with wobble and misalignment, you'll feel the difference immediately.
Who It's For
Print shops already running crystal labels who want to upgrade from manual peeling. Studios adding UV DTF to an existing DTF or DTG operation. Businesses that print crystal labels daily and need a machine that doesn't need babysitting. Not a starter unit — this is for operators who know the process and want to scale it.
