FCOLOR at GRAFINCA Peru 2026: Four Days at Booth U33 in Lima

Oct 7,2026

From September 17 to 20, 2026, Fullcolor Technology Limited exhibited at GRAFINCA in Lima, Peru, at Villa Complejo Ferial — booth U33. Four days, one booth, and a steady stream of print shop owners, garment decorators and distributors from across the region.

This is what we showed, what we learned about printing in this market, and how to keep the conversation going if you did not make it to Lima.

Where FCOLOR Exhibited: GRAFINCA 2026 in Lima

GRAFINCA is a graphics and printing industry trade fair held in Lima. The 2026 edition ran September 17–20 at Villa Complejo Ferial, and Fullcolor Technology Limited occupied booth U33 for the full run.

For us, Peru is not a new market in the sense of being unknown — it is a market where DTF and UV printing are growing fast, but where the practical questions are different from what we hear in Europe or North America. Lima's coastal humidity, the temperature swings print shops work through, and long ocean-freight cycles for consumables all shape what a shop here actually needs from a supplier.

That is the reason we exhibit rather than only quote by email. Four days of face-to-face conversation tells you more about what a market needs than a year of enquiry forms.

What We Showed at Booth U33

Our booth was set up as a working overview of a digital printing line rather than a single-machine display. Visitors could see machines, consumables and finished output in one place.

Alongside the machines we displayed finished printed garments — T-shirts hanging at the booth, printed with DTF transfers produced on the same equipment we were showing. That matters more than it sounds. In this market, buyers do not want a specification sheet, they want to see the print on an actual shirt and feel it.

Two printed T-shirts and one finished transfer sample will close more questions than a page of parameters.

Why Our Booth Signage Was in Spanish

Our booth graphics were prepared in Spanish — positioning Fullcolor Technology Limited as a professional R&D company and a DTF and UV manufacturer, and as a full-service provider of digital printing solutions. Product panels carried both Spanish and English naming so visitors could move between the two without losing the thread.

That is a small detail with a real commercial consequence. A shop owner in Lima evaluating a Chinese-made printer has two concerns that have nothing to do with print quality: can I get support in a language I work in, and who fixes this when something goes wrong. Spanish-language materials answer the first concern before a conversation even starts. The second one is answered by what happens after the sale — which is exactly why we exhibit rather than list and disappear.

The Three Technical Questions That Come Up First in This Market

Across DTF and UV conversations with buyers in Latin America, the same three questions surface early — and they are not the questions that dominate conversations in drier or better-served markets. These are our standard answers.

1. "The print curls after I bake it — is the film bad?"

Almost never the film. Curling after baking is a process symptom. The usual cause is baking temperature too high or curing time too long. Our documented starting point is 120–130 °C for 60–90 seconds, and the first corrective step is to reduce temperature by 5–10 °C or shorten the bake — one variable at a time, so you know which change actually worked.

2. "My white ink spreads and the edges blur."

Two causes, and they need different fixes. Intermittent blur points to excessive humidity — the film is drawing moisture from the air. Consistent blur across an entire run points to a wrong ICC profile rather than an environment problem. Store film sealed in its original bag in a cool, dry place, and verify your color management before you start re-engineering the room.

3. "How long can I store film before it goes bad?"

12 months under proper storage conditions — sealed in the original packaging, 15–30 °C, out of direct sunlight and away from humidity. The condition matters as much as the number. A roll left open in a humid workshop does not get the same 12 months. In a coastal climate, that distinction is not academic.

There is a fourth question that is more commercial than technical: can I mix roll widths in one container? Yes — 33 cm, 60 cm and 120 cm rolls can be combined in a single container, which is usually the difference between a viable first order and one that is not.

Printing for Peru: Humidity, Altitude and Import Cycles

Three things shape DTF and UV production in this region more than most suppliers acknowledge.

Humidity is the dominant variable.

Lima sits on the coast, and moisture affects DTF film handling in two directions. Too much humidity causes film to stick to itself in storage and white ink to spread. Too little — which happens in dry indoor environments with air conditioning — causes static, and static is the number one cause of uneven powder scatter. A shop needs to control the room in both directions, not just one.

Altitude matters for some buyers.

Shops serving markets in the Andean highlands operate in different conditions from coastal Lima, and equipment behaviour can shift with them. It is worth telling your supplier where the machine will actually run, not just where it will be imported.

Import cycles are long.

When a consumable arrives by ocean freight, running out of film or powder is not a two-day problem. That changes the right order quantity. Buyers in this market should plan stock against lead time, and confirm production timing on bulk orders rather than assuming the shelf-life clock starts when the goods land.

Booth U33 in Pictures

Four days produces a lot of conversations. A few of them:

Technical conversations at booth U33 — machine demonstrations running through the day.

The most productive conversations at a show like GRAFINCA were not the ones where a visitor asked for a price list. They were the ones where someone brought a problem — a print defect, a substrate that would not hold ink, a job they had to turn down — and we could work through it on the spot.

If you visited booth U33, we would like to hear whether the samples we handed out performed the way you expected on your own equipment. That feedback is what we take back to the factory.

About FCOLOR

Fullcolor Technology Limited (FCOLOR) is a professional R&D company and manufacturer of DTF and UV printing solutions, based in Dongguan, China. We produce DTF film, DTF pigment ink, hot-melt powder and related consumables, alongside DTF, UV DTF, UV roll, sublimation and DTG printer lines.

Our DTF film is available in roll widths of 30 cm, 33 cm, 60 cm and 120 cm and in A3 / A4 sheet formats, for use with Epson-based printheads including XP600, i3200 and 4720. Custom widths, lengths, labels and carton design are available for buyers running their own brand. Every production batch is tested for coating thickness, peeling performance and colour reproduction before it ships.

Sample rolls are available for testing — you cover the shipping, we cover the roll. OEM orders normally start at 100 rolls.

If you would like to continue a conversation from GRAFINCA, or you are evaluating DTF or UV printing for the first time, get in touch and tell us what you are printing on. That is usually enough for us to tell you which configuration makes sense.
