1. Colour profiling is a shared process.
A profile describes how your printer, ink and substrate reproduce colour. We can work with you on it over time, but it cannot be handed over finished — your machine and conditions are part of the input.
2. Support is guidance, not a substitute for testing.
We can tell you where to start and help you narrow down a cause. The final confirmation happens on your line, with your material and your operator.
