What is DTF heat transfer printing
DTF heat transfer printing is a new type of printing process that is free of hollowing out and waste discharge. The entire production process involves first using specialized six-color printing equipment to output the design layout from the printing software. The transfer film is used as the bottom film to print the design onto it, typically in a mode that prints the color ink first and then the white ink. After printing is complete, heat-melt powder is sprinkled onto the design and then placed in an oven for drying. The white ink and heat-melt powder serve as the base color of the printed design. Finally, the design is transferred onto the fabric using high-temperature heat transfer, and the transfer film is peeled off.
